SECTION 20 - PRODUCT LIFE EXPECTANCY

Damage caused by improper handling or use of incorrect care products is not covered under warranty. All Jewellery has a general lifespan of 3 years with proper care. Please follow the manufacturer's care instructions.

We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion, with a full refund. Verbal abuse is grounds for cancellation.

Returns Policy

Our Returns Policy is an integral part of our Terms of Service, and both should be read together. We reserve the right to modify this Returns Policy at any time.

You can return your order to us for any reason, within 14 days. You are responsible for return postage.

All orders are quality checked before being packed for shipment but in the event of a manufacturing fault or flaw, we will issue a refund in accordance with your statutory rights. Please note that dissatisfaction with a colour or misinterpretation by the customer is not considered a fault. If you are unsure, please contact us before making a purchase, as stated on our website.

All Jewellery undergoes quality control checks before being dispatched from the manufacturer.

You, the buyer, must inspect all purchases within 48 hours of receipt. If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect, you must notify us within this 48-hour period by emailing **contact@lustrea.co.uk**.

Damaging your item due to improper wear, We will not replace items damaged by mishandling.

 Under UK distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of placing your order, excluding customised or personalised items. 

Upon receipt of the product, it becomes non-refundable, even within the 14-day period. The outer packaging is considered a hygiene seal; once broken, the item is non-returnable. These terms are not subject to change.

Consumer Contracts Act

Under Part 3, Section 28, Paragraph 3 of the Consumer Contracts Act, the right to a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you place your order for most purchases. However, this right **does not apply** to custom-made products, custom orders, custom-sized items, or items you have requested alterations on.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 working days of the request

Discount Refunds

If a promotional or discount item does not automatically apply to your purchase, we will manually apply it upon request. However, discounts will not be applied retroactively once the item has shipped.

Currency

All cancellations and refunds will be processed in the currency used at checkout, typically GBP (British Pound Sterling). Exchange rates fluctuate, and Lustréa has no control over these variations.
